Arunachal Pradesh PSC UDC Written Exam 2013 Pattern/ Scheme and Syllabus

Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has recently issued notice for recruitment of UDC (upper division clerk) in 2013-2014 session. Now candidate can apply through prescribed application form. The application form of APPSC UDC should reach the Arunachal Pradesh PSC before 25th November 2013.
Below is the APPSC UDC Written Exam Pattern/ Scheme and Candidate can also download the Syllabus:

The candidates shall have to appear in the written examination to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the following subjects followed by Viva-Voce.
  • General Knowledge: 100 marks
  • General English: 100 marks
  • Elementary Mathematics: 100 marks
  • Viva Voce: 40 marks
Total: 340 marks
The candidates who secure a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination paper and 45%  or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for viva-voce test. On the other hand, It will further mean
that selection for viva-voce test it shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured in the written examination papers an subject to ratio 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33% of marks in any of written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the viva-voce test.

Railway Group D Exam Pattern:
  • Examination Time Duration: RRC Group D written examination will be of one and half hour duration with 100 questions only.
  • Question Paper: Candidates have been permitted to take away their used question booklet after written examination. The question paper will be printed in Hindi, English, Urdu and Maithili.
  • Marking System: There will be 1 Marks for each correct answer. There will be negative marking for marking wrong answers. 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Selection: Candidates will be selected as Railway Group D posts on the basis of written Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Document and candidature verification and Medical Test.




HPPSC CDPO and Tehsil Welfare Officer Recruitment Exam Scheme, Syllabus and Pattern October 2013

HPPSC Child Development Project Officer Class-II (Gazetted) (CDPO) and Tehsil Welfare Officer, Class-II (Non-Gazetted) in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Himachal Pradesh, Recruitment Oct/Nov 2013 Examination Scheme, Syllabus and Pattern. HPPSC CDPO and Tehsil welfare officer examination scheme, paper pattern, no. of question, total marks, syllabus etc details are below:
hppsc cdpo and tehsil officer exam pattern and syllabusHPPSC will conduct CDPO and Tehsil officer examination in two phases: Initially, an objective type Screening Test will be conducted consisting of one paper of General Knowledge of 120 questions of multiple choice answers for short listing the candidates for the Main Examination. The marks obtained by the candidates in the screening test will not be counted for determining their final order of merit. The screening test will be held at Shimla/Mandi/Dharamsala/ Solan/ Una/ Nahan/ Bilaspur/ Kullu and Hamirpur.
The Screening Test will be of two hours duration.
Scheme of Examination:

  1. The number of candidates to be called for (Main) written examination will be 20 times of the total number of the vacancies. The candidates having been declared qualified in the Screening test will be entitled for admission to the (Main) written examination consisting of four papers.
  2. The number of vacancies of similar qualifications as may be received from the Govt. up to the conduct of Screening test shall be included for the purpose of selection of candidates on the basis of aforesaid Screening test / Examination.
  3. The candidates who are declared qualified in the Screening test shall be required to submit requisite documents in support of their eligibility for Main written examination separately on the prescribed application form, which will be uploaded on the official website of the Commission after the declaration of result of Screening Test for the posts of C.D.P.O. and Tehsil Welfare Officer.
  4. There will be following subjects for the (Main) examination for the direct recruits i.e. C.D.P.O. and Tehsil Welfare Officer candidates.hppsc cdpo and tehsil welfare officer examination scheme october 2013The candidates shall have to pass all the four subjects. Any candidate, failing in any one of the above subjects shall be treated as not to have qualified the said examination. The candidates, who will qualify the above mentioned main written examination on the basis of merit; shall be called for Viva-Voce Test/personal interview.
  5. The total number of candidates to be called for viva-voce on the basis of written examination shall be three times the total number of posts advertised. The marks obtained by the candidates in the Main written examination as well as in the viva-voce would determine their final merit.

Paper of 02 hours duration consisting of 120 marks (General Knowledge) (Objective type).
  • History, Geography and Socio Economic development of Himachal Pradesh. =50 Marks
  • Knowledge of current events of National and International importance and such matters of every day observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. =40 Marks
  • Paper will also include questions on Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Geography of India.

SSC CHSL LDC & DEO Exam Pattern 2013 – Syllabus Download

SSC 12th Class LDC & DEO combined written exam patter and syllabus download. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) CHSL LDC & DEO written exam pattern, negative marking, hindi, english, gk , aptitude, general awareness papers pattern details. SSC has also revised the written exam dates for CHSL LDC & DEO post.
As the exam dates are revised. The new dates are 20th Oct 2013, 27th Oct 2013 and 10th Nov 2013. Candidates are working very hard to get into selected list. The admit card of SSC CHSL LDC and DEO will be declared on official website of SSC (region wise).
The written exam of SSC CHSL LDC and DEO will consist four parts: General Intelligence, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude & General Awareness. All the four papers will be of 50 marks each and 50 question each. Total marks will be 200 and exam time is 2hours. It means in 120 minutes candidate have to attempt 200 questions. More than 1 question per minute.
