HPC Vacancy Details:
Name of the Posts:
1. Deputy General Manager (Human Resource & Employee Services)
2. Senior Manager/Manager (Human Resource & Employee Services)
3. Senior Manager/Manager (Commercial)
4. Sr. Manager/Manager (Pulp)
5. Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (Human Resource & Employee Services)
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 – 47 years for Post No 1, 40-47 years (for Senior Manager) and 35 – 42 years (for Manager) for Post No 2, 3, 4 and 35 – 42 years for Post No 5 as on 01-06-2013. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited payable at Kolkata.
Education Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA/ PGDBM (two years full-time) with specialization in HR/ PM & IR or MSW/ MA(PM & IR)/ MA(Labour Laws) for Posts 1, 2 & 5, Engineering Degree (full-time) preferably in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Production with two year full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management for Post 3, BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology for Post 4 with relevant experience.
