Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) invites applications for recruiting Scientific Officer, Engineer, Administrative Officer, Project Scientific Officer & Project Scientific Assistant posts. Total No of Posts: 06 posts
Name of the Posts:
1. Scientific Officer (D): 01 post
2. Engineer (civil): 01 post
3. Administrative Officer (C): 01 post
4. Project Scientific Officer (B): 02 posts
5. Project Scientific Assistant (B): 01 post
Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 35 years for post 1, 31 years for post 2, 40 years for post 3, 28 years for posts 4 & 5 as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have Ph.D in Accelerator Physics or experimental Nuclear Physics for post 1, B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized university for post 2, should be a Graduate, Diploma in Management for post 3, M.Sc in Physics or B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation for post 4, SSC/ HSC from recognized university for post 5.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their applications giving full details along with relevant certificates in the prescribed format in an envelope super scribing the name of the post applied for & serial number should be forwarded to TIFR,Homi Bhabha Road, Colaba, Mumbai-400005 with in 15 days from date of Advt published.

Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Age Limit: Candidate should have below 33 years for Post 1 & 3 and below 31 years for Post 2 as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess S.S.C. or equivalent. Two years ITI (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Electronics or three years NCTVT in the trade of Electronics with minimum 60% marks for post 1, SSC or equivalent.  Two years ITI in the trade of Fitting with minimum 60% marks for post 2, SSC for post 3 with desired experience in relevant field as per the post.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in interview.
