Educational Requirements: Masters Degree in (Agricultural Biochemistry) or PG in Biochemistry or Food chemistry/ Food Science/ technology/ Nutrition
Experience Requirements: Experience in, Knowledge in Biochemistry of Food & analytical skills & working knowledge in instruments NIR, AAS proximate composition.
Desired Skills: Knowledge in cultivation of field crops/cereals, extension services, computer skills, ability to analyze statistical data and demonstrated documentation skills.
