Educational Requirements: a) Must be a citizen of India as defined in part II of the constitution of India. b) Must possess Graduate degree with Post Graduate B.Ed. degree or Graduate Degree with three years experience in teaching in any Primary or Secondary School or Graduate Degree with three years experience of working in Govt. sponsored Alternative System of Education or Graduate degree with three years experience in Management of Education.
