Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should be flexible to work in the night shifts (US timings)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for
calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow
up on outstanding Accounts Receivables
• Strong
convincing power and to dispute the claims that are pending with Payers
• Sound domain
knowledge on the Revenue cycle management (RCM) for US healthcare process
• Adherence to
company policies rules and regulations
• Adherence to
HIPAA guidelines and policy recommended for the process
Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
Shift timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM.
