It is managerial sort of a Job, and is primarily a Sales Supervision
Job, where the ADO will have to recruit the Agents, that sells the
Insurance to the people.Pay Scale : Rs 11535-700(2)-12935-825(2)-
14585-840(17)- Rs 28865 (Plus Allowances and Other Benefits)Age Limit:
Applicants must be aged in 21 to 30 years.Educational Qualifications:
Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University.
As LIC ADO is a Marketing and Sales Job, so, preference will
be given to those who have completed MBA in Marketing
OR Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.Application Fee : An
application fee of Rs 500 ( Other than SC/ST) will have to be
deposited in any State Bank of India (SBI) through a Challan
form, that can be Downloaded after Submitting the Online Application.
Fees will be accepted only after the 2nd Day of Online Registration
and must be deposited with in three working Days. Application fees
can be deposited in between 24-11-2012 to 29-12-2012
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through
online through LIC’s website “http://www.licindia.in/careers.htm” from
22-11-2012 to 22-12-2012. After applying online, candidates should
obtain a system generated print-out of the application and retain it fur
further use.
