University of Jammu has issued a notification for the recruitment of 20 Coach, Curator, Computer Operator, Data Entry operator, Browsing, Lecturer Asst & Various other Posts. Eligible residents of the Jammu & Kashmir State candidates can apply in prescribed format on or before 20-05-2013. Age Limit: General Candidates age must be between 18-37 years, 39 years for OBC, 40 years for (Social Caste)/ ALC/ SC/ST/RBA/already in Govt Service/ Contractual Employees & 48 years for Ex-Serviceman as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess 10+2, Matric with ITI, 10+2, Matric with ITI, B.P.Ed, Graduate with NIS Diploma/ NIS Diploma & having represented at National Level in relevant Sport, Master’s Degree in the subject concerned, P.G. Diploma in computer Applications/ Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics, M.Sc, PG Diploma in Computer Applications, MA/ M.Ed. or equivalent, Graduation, Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Application Fee: Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Office of Assistant Registrar (Forms & Stationery), University of Jammu, Jammu, personally on payment of Rs. 500/- or by post by sending Bank Draft of Rs. 550/- drawn in favor of the Registrar, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006, payable at Jammu. The application form can also be downloaded from the University Website www.jammuuniversity.in.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected according to the weightage of marks, written test, interview.
How to Apply: Candidates have to apply through prescribed format which can be obtained through the above said process or can be downloaded from the website www.jammuuniversity.in. Application forms accompanied with attested copies of qualification certificates/testimonials including experience certificates issued by the competent authority, along with self-addressed envelope affixed with postal stamps worth Rs. 50/- be sent only by Registered/Speed Post to the Assistant Registrar, Adm.(C&R), Room No.112,Old Administrative Block, University of Jammu, so as to reach him on or before 20-05-2013. Employee of Jammu University desirous to apply can deposit the form by hand till the end of last date.
