RGCB Recruitment 2013 – RA & SRF Vacancies

Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) invites applications for the recruitment of Research Assistant (RA) & Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under temporary basis. Eligible candidates can submit application on or before 20-06-2013 for RA post & 25-06-2013 for SRF post. More details regarding age limit, education qualification and application process are mentioned below…
RGCB Vacancy details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 02
Name of the Posts:
1. Research Assistant: 01 post
2. Senior Research Fellow: 01 post
Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 30 years as on 20-06-2013 for RA post & below 32 years as on 25-06-2013 for SRF post.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should posses First Class Post Graduate in any field of Biological Sciences for RA post & M. Sc/ M. Tech in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences with at least 60% marks, CSIR-NET/GATE qualified with one publication in SCI Journal for SRF post, with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates may send applications in the prescribed format (www.rgcb.res.in/downloads/advnew.doc) with a photograph, a copy of full resume and attested photocopies of credentials & experience undersigned on or before 20-06-2013 for RA post & 25-06-2013 for SRF post. Envelopes must be superscripted with abbreviated title of the project, advertisement number and job title. Application should reach to Director, Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology Thycaud Post, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 014, Kerala, India.

Age limit: Candidates age must be below 28 years as on 09-05-2013.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess M.Sc/ M.Tech Biotechnology/Life Sciences for Project Fellow post & Bachelors Degree in any field of Life Science subjects for Technical Assistants post.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test & Interview.
