Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not be exceed 27 years for Post No.1&2, 30 years for Post No.3 and 26 years for Post No.4. Age limit will be reckoned as on 16-07-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry (Analytical / Physical / Organic /Inorganic), equivalent to M.Sc in Chemistry for Post No.1, two year full time, Post graduate Degree /Equivalent course in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations for Post No.2, full time four year B.E. / B.Tech. in the discipline of Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute/ university for Post No.3 and Degree in Law through a fulltime course of three years after graduation for Post No.4.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written test and interview.
Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the non refundable amount of Rs.535/- (Application fee of Rs.500/- and banking charges of Rs.35/-) for General & OBC deposited through pre-printed challan in HPCL Powerjyoti A/C Number 32315049001 at any branch of SBI across country. Candidates can pay application & processing fee online by using Debit / Credit card. Candidates are required to collect the ‘Candidate’s copy’ and ‘HPCL copy’ of 3 part challan from bank and preserve the same for future reference.
How to Apply: Eligible candidate can apply online through the website www.hindustanpetroleum.com on or before 16-07-2013. Online Application System will be open from 10:00 hrs on 19-06-2013 to 17:00 hrs on 16-07-2013.

1. Log on to www.hindustanpetroleum.com.
2. Click on Career Opportunities. Read the instructions carefully before filling online application.
3. Before applying online scan the passport size photograph.
4. Fill the online application with all the relevant details and upload scan copy of latest passport size photograph.
5. After filling the application form click Submit button, system will generate 12 Digit Application No. note that Application No. for all future reference.
6. Take Printout of the Online Application Form and preserve it for future reference.
7.After submitting the application form choose the option for payment of application & professing fee and pay the fee as mentioned above.
