Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 60 years for all the categories.
Educational Qualification: M.S/ M.D in Ophthalmology (or) D. O. M. S (MCI recognized) for S. No 1 post, Two years Diploma Course in Optometry or trained as a Ophthalmic assistant in any of the recognized Government Hospitals as per guidelines of NPCB for S. No 2 post, MBBS Degree from recognized university for S. No 3 post, Intermediate with Science (or) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course for S. No 4 post & Post Graduate (or) Any retired person from the relevant field for S. No 5 post, with relevant experience for all the posts except S. No 2 post.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates may submit their Bio-data on Application Format (available on website) along with self attested photocopies of certificates/ testimonials, original certificates and one recent passport size photograph duly self attested at the time of interview. Registration shall be done strictly between 9.00 am to 11.00 am followed by the interview on 24-06-2013.
