The candidates must possess a valid email id and a mobile phone number for filling up the application form.
After submitting the online application form and generating electronic Challan, the candidate should take the print out of Challan and deposit the same with any State Bank of India Branch across India or pay through State Bank of India Net Banking after one working day of submission of the form but not later than 26.10.2013. After depositing the Challan, candidate must retain the “Candidates copy” duly stamped and signed by the State Bank of India Branch containing Journal Number with him/her but need not send the same to this office.
Candidates are advised to take and keep the print out of the Application Form for future reference.
If the candidate fails to take print out of Challan or Application form, he/she may re-print the same clicking Reprint Challan or View Application Form option available on the header of the screen of the website.
The candidates are not required to send Application form, Challan, Journal Number, Documents, Photograph or anything else to this office at the time of applying for the post.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES The candidates must apply Online only. No other mode of application shall be accepted.

The candidates must read the instructions for applying onlinecarefully, which is available on the website of this Office i.e http://delhicourts.nic.in, before filing up Online Application Form for the post of Stenographer Grade – III.
The online filling up of Application forms at Delhi Courts Website i.e. http://delhicourts.nic.in/recruitment.html will start at 11:30 A.M. (IST) on 08.10.2013 and end at 5.00 P.M on 22.10.2013. No application will be entertained, thereafter.
Neither the print out of online application form nor any document should be sent to this Office at the time of applying for the post.
Only the successful candidates will be required to submit copy of challan, legible attested copies of the documents alongwith the hard copy of printout of online application form at the time of verification of documents (any information contained in the attached certificates shall not be considered unless it is claimed in the application form).
The candidates must carry atleast one photo bearing identity proof in original such as Driving License, Election I-Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by any Govt. Department/Office to the examination centre.
Examination fee of Rs. 300/- in the case of unreserved category and Rs. 150/- in the case of reserved category (OBC/SC/ST/PH/Ex-servicemen) will be charged.
The candidates submitting their application online should pay the requisite fees either through Challan (Automatically generated through online application form) to be deposited with State Bank of India or through State Bank of India Net Banking, after a gap of one working day of submission of the form but on or before 26.10.2013. Any other mode of payment will not be considered and the application of such candidates will be rejected outrightly and payment made shall stand forfeited and no query in this regard shall be entertained.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The dates of examination will be notified subsequently on the website of District Courts. The examination will be held at various centers in Delhi only. The candidates shall appear in the Written Test, Skill test, Computer Test and interview at Delhi at their own expense. No T.A / D.A. will be admissible in any case.

The Recruitment Committee has the discretion to fix minimum qualifying marks for selection in different categories i.e UR/SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExSM in order to achieve qualitative selection.
The Recruitment Committee makes provisional selection of the candidates on the basis of information provided in the application and documents/certificates provided by the candidate at the time of scrutiny and recommend the same to the Appointing Authority. Further the Appointing Authority verifies and satisfies itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidate(s). Therefore, the provisional selection of a candidate confers him/her no right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the post.
The reservation benefits will be available to the SC/ST/OBC/PH and other special category candidates in accordance with the instructions/orders/circulars issued from time to time by the Government. The reservation benefits shall be admissible as per judgment dated 12.09.2012 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi passed in WP(C) No. 5390/2010,CM No. 20815/2010 – Deepak Kumar and Ors. Vs District and Sessions Judge, Delhi and Ors.
OBC benefit shall be given only to the candidates having certificates issued by competent authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Candidates who wish to be considered against reserved vacancies and /or to seek age relaxation, must be in possession of relevant certificate issued to them on or before the closing date of notification of vacancy otherwise their claim will not be entertained.
The employees of Government applying for the post should take necessary permission from their department and submit the copy of permission at the time of verification of the documents
