Educational Requirements: At least First class Master's Degree in Materials Science or First class Bachelor's Degree in Engg./Technology in Metallurgy only; from a recognized University.
Qualifications: Ph D in relevant Science subjects or Master's degree in Engg. or Technology in relevant Engg. subject.
Experience Requirements: At least 10 years experience in semiconductor materials, device processing and semiconductor material characterization. Hands on experience in working with semiconductor materials and devices.
