Age Limit: There is not age limitation for GSET 2013.
Educational : Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination with minimum of 55% marks (General / OBC) from universities/institutions recognized by UGC in the subject of Library and Information Science and P.G. degree.
Application/ Examination Fee: General and other unreserved category candidates are required to pay Rs. 800/- while SC / ST / PH / VH Candidates will have to pay Rs. 700/- as application fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Vadodara in the name of “The Member Secretary, Gujarat State Eligibility Test”.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected best on their marks obtained in GSET.
Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for Gujarat Sate Eligibility Test, they are required to fill online application form on GSET’s official website at www.gujaratset.ac.in before 13th December 2013.
After filling online application, take print out of application form, Attendance Slip and Admission Card for further use. The print out of application form along with one copy of Attendance Slip, relevant documents & category certificates, paid Bank Challan and photograph of candidates should be sent to Gujarat SET office, Vadodara on or before 16th December 2013.
