Educational Requirements: An eminent scholar with Ph.D in Law along with published work of high quality; actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of ten publications ; a minimum of ten years of experience in University/ College, and or experience in research at the National level institutions including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. Outstanding teachers with 15 years of UG teaching/research experience or an outstanding scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge may also be considered.
Qualifications: Specialisation in International Law, Public Law and Commercial Law.

Prescribed application forms can be had from the Office of the Registrar (except on Sundays and holidays) either personally or by sending a self addressed envelope on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500 for SC/ST/PWD) by way of DD in favour of WBNUJS, Kolkata, payable at Kolkata.
