Essential Qualification :
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or Master of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required .
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science or Master of Science in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required .
Job Responsibilities:
* Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident
* Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
* Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
* Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
* Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
* Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
* Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution.
* Ensuring updation of Knowledge base documentation
* Appropriate action to be initiated for respective alerts / daily monitoring reports.
* Undertake activities to capture system utilization, DB growth pattern
* Undertake detailed study of System/Database health check reports.
* Dedicated support & monitoring during month-end/critical batches.
* Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
