East Central Railway Recruitment 2013 – 56 Sports Person Vacancies: East Central Railway, Hajipur has posted employment notification for the recruitment of Sports Person in Group – C Category. I. Requirement of Players in Head Quaters/ ECR, Hajipur: 31 Posts
1. Grade Pay – Rs. 2800/ 2400: 05 Posts
2. Grade Pay – Rs. 2000/ 1900: 16 Posts
3. Grade Pay – Rs. 1800: 10 Posts
Requirement of Players in Grade Pay Rs. 1800 in all the 05 Divisons of East Central Railway: 25 Posts
1. Dhanbad Division: 05 Posts
2. Mughalsarai Division: 05 Posts
3. Danapur Division: 05 Posts
4. Sonpur Division: 05 Posts
5. Samastipur Division: 05 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates should possess an age of 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation or ITI for Grade Pay – Rs. 1800, Matriculation with 55% marks or equivalent for Grade Pay – Rs. 2000/ 1900 and Intermediate in Science with Maths & Physics for Grade Pay – Rs. 2400, Graduation or equivalent for Grade Pay – Rs. 2400. Sportsperson who has the sports achievement in team or individual event in the games mentioned in the notification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Trail & Interview
Examination Fees: Candidates need to pay Rs.60/- (for Grade Pay- Rs. 2800/ 2400/-) and Rs 40/- (for Grade Pay- Rs 2000/ 1900 & Rs 1800/-) through Indian Postal Order in favour of FA & CAO, East Central Railway & payable at Hajipur. For Female Candidates, SC / ST and Minority (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Zoroastrians {Parsis}) are fully exempted from examination fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in prescribed format should be neatly typed or hand written either in English or Hindi on a A-4 size paper and should be filled in own hand writing, passport size photograph, Self Attested copies of all certificates in support of age, caste, IPO, and has to reach on or before 28-10-2013, for candidates living in Andaman and Nicobar Region can send on or before 11-11-2013 up to 18:00 Hrs.

Grade Pay                       - Educational Qualification

Selection Process : Selection process will be basis of Trail, interviewand Medical Examination by Recruitment committee.

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18-30 years for Group C Posts & 18-33 years for Group D Posts as on 01-01-2014. Upper age limit relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for Physically Challenged Persons.
