Name of the Posts: 
1. Project Fellow (Dept of Tourism Studies): 01 Post
2. SRF/ JRF (Dept of Chemistry): 01 Post
3. Project Fellow (Centre for Bioinformatics): 01 Post
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Candidates should have a Post Graduation Degree MTA / MBA (Tourism) / MBA/ M.Com /M.A with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) for post 1, M.Sc in Chemistry with JRF/NET or M.Sc in Chemistry with NET qualified for Lectureship or M.Sc in Chemistry with GATE for JRF Post, M.Sc in Chemistry for SRF post, M.Sc./M.Tech in Bioinformatics / M.Sc. Computational Biology/MCA/M.Sc. /M. Tech in Computer Science with a minimum of 55% marks for post 3.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their complete bio-data along with attested copies of all relevant certificates and mark sheets of degrees and a self addressed envelope affixing with Rs.5/- stamp must reach concerned Principal Investigator and Department, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry-605014 on or before 14, 15 & 17-06-2013.

2. Senior Project Fellow: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is 40 years as on 01-05-2013 for Project Fellow.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess PG Degree in English with minimum 55% of marks, knowledge of Bengali, computer application for S.No 1 Post; and M.Sc in any Biological Sciences with relevant research experience for S.No 2 Post.
