Experience : Incumbent must have post qualification (ACS) experience of about 5 years in a Listed Company preferably manufacturing sector. The candidate should be well versed with the Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013 & Listing Agreement and should have good knowledge of Secretarial & Legal matters such as compliance with various laws, filing of various documents / returns with ROC, SEBI and Stock Exchanges.
