Post Name : Assistant Company Secretary
Qualification : Incumbent we are looking for should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LL.B.
Age Around : Around 30 years.
Experience : Incumbent must have post qualification (ACS) experience of about 5 years in a Listed Company preferably manufacturing sector. The candidate should be well versed with the Companies Act, 1956, Companies Act, 2013 & Listing Agreement and should have good knowledge of Secretarial & Legal matters such as compliance with various laws, filing of various documents / returns with ROC, SEBI and Stock Exchanges. Candidate should be well versed in writing, drafting and vetting of legal documents, agreements, contracts etc.
